Do I need a GP referral?

No referral is required, simply book in for an appointment.  Referrals are entirely welcome, and for referrals (from any source) our usual procedure is to follow up with a report back to the referrer.

Is my fee covered by my private health insurance?

Yes – we service all the private health funds, and all our services are rebatable (amount is dependant on your fund and policy). We have a HICAPS terminal so claims to almost all of the major health funds can be processed on the spot using your health insurance card.

Do you take Medicare (EPC) / Veterans Affairs (DVA) clients?

Yes – though a GP referral is required.

Do you take Workcover or TAC clients

Yes. Note that a gap fee may apply

Do you do home visits?

Yes, to the local area – by special request.

What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations with less than 8 business hours notice we will offer a rescheduled appointment at a time of our choosing.  If you are unable to attend then the full appointment fee is payable.
