Hydrotherapy utilises your buoyancy in water, and the resistance of the water, to provide a dynamic environment for stretching and low-impact exercise.

Our hydrotherapy classes are usually held by arrangement, at a local swimming pool.  Classes are usually one-on-one or small group.  We will take you through a set of hydrotherapy exercises tailored to your objectives.  We can teach your sports team / group a post event recovery routine.

The focus is typically on one of the following:

  • Rehabilitation (post-injury or post-operative)
  • General well-being (including as part of chronic injury management)
  • Sports recovery (post-event)
